FAQs

  • Great question! I have completed training through PSI, Postpartum Support International. I have completed a 2-day Components of Care training, as well as an Advanced Psychotherapy training, totaling 20 hours. I am working towards the PMH-C certification.

  • I’m so glad you asked! Yes, absolutely. It might just appear and present differently than it might in a birthing parent.

  • YES! Absolutely. If you prefer, you may bring your baby to every session, rather than lining up childcare. I would encourage you to do what feels most comfortable to you. Some parents prefer to leave their baby at home with a trusted individual, while some prefer to bring them to sessions.
