MEET ALEXANDRA, ED.S., M.ED., LPC, PMH-C
You don’t have to carry this all on your own.
I’m a Greenville, SC based therapist specializing in working with women who feel like they cannot escape the overwhelm and worry in daily life.
please Hear me when I say:
Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.
I want you to know that you are so strong for being here. It means that you care. There is absolutely nothing wrong with reaching out to help to those who can support you and help you work towards healing.
I help women who feel like they’re trying to hold it all together, from managing stress, expectations, and endless to-do lists running in the back of your mind (and maybe many sticky notes floating around, too).
In therapy, we slow down so that you can exhale and catch your breath. This isn’t about doing more, or just “being better”; it’s about finding calm, clarity and the relief that will last.
Hi, I’m Alexandra!
Sessions with me are collaborative and compassionate.
I believe that fostering a genuine and empathetic therapeutic relationship is essential.
The therapeutic relationship is crucial, as it plays a key role in facilitating deep healing and personal growth by building trust and creating a safe place for exploration and self-discovery.
In therapy sessions with me, we will work collaboratively to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while aiming to cultivate insight, resilience, and positive change in a safe and supportive environment.
Values I Bring to the Therapy Space:
Growth
helping develop self-awareness, resilience, and positive change
Safety
establishing a safe environment for clients to process past experiences, thoughts, and emotions
Authenticity
being genuine and creating a non-judgmental space for clients
Honesty
the foundation for effective collaboration and growth
Compassion
showing kindness, understanding, and empathy towards clients
Respect
treating clients with dignity, consideration, and acceptance
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re carrying too much — the endless responsibilities, the worries that sneak in at 2 a.m., the quiet ache beneath the “I’m fine” you say out loud. You don’t have to carry it alone.
With me, you’ll have a space to finally exhale, be heard, and be understood exactly as you are. We’ll gently explore the feelings and patterns that have been weighing on you, and I’ll help you find ways to move through life with more ease, self-kindness, and confidence. No need to tidy your story or put on a brave face — I notice the unspoken and hold that space with care.
This is about more than coping. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, setting boundaries that honor your needs, and finding calm, relief, and steadiness that actually feels real. You deserve a life that feels lighter, more grounded, and fully yours — and I’m here to walk with you toward it.
